Even though cancer affects so many – our loved ones, our pets, our communities, and ourselves – it can be an incredibly isolating experience. That is why we believe communities should come together to support those battling cancer. Many have found that community and extra care thanks to the founding of InspireHealth.
Over twenty-five years ago, Dr. Roger Rogers and Dr. Hal Gunn had a vision for a non-profit connects people with tools and resources to support their physical, emotional, and spiritual health during cancer. This approach – one where all aspects of being are considered during illness – reflects the integrative care lens.
Dr. Roger Rogers and Dr. Hal Gunn founded InspireHealth here in NHV’s home city of Vancouver
NHV and InspireHealth share many values, like the promotion of wellness through comprehensive and multifaceted approaches, as well as empowering those who are tackling illnesses to take these steps. That is why we are honored to announce our support for InspireHealth’s fundraising auction A Night to Inspire 2024 as a bronze-tier supporter!
A Night to Inspire 2024
InspireHealth provides classes and resources for those looking for comprehensive cancer care. As a non-profit, their services and educational resources are completely free of charge. To help keep the ship running, they hold an annual charity called “A Night to Inspire.”
The gala is an opportunity to come together, honor stories of resilience and hope, and help spread awareness about comprehensive cancer care. A silent auction will be available with a variety of exciting items that help to raise funds for comprehensive cancer care through InspireHealth.
Their gala has been a success for the past 9 years, thanks in part to both private and corporate donors. As A Night to Inspire 2024‘s bronze-level donor, we are proud to make a significant contribution to support those living with cancer here in our home city of Vancouver and beyond.
Why NHV Gives Back
Cancer will touch many lives. Here at NHV, we know friends, family, and clients and pets who have this disease. We also see firsthand how comprehensive care makes a difference for those with cancer and how empowering them to participate in their diagnosis makes a world of difference.
As a company that believes that we have a responsibility to give back to our community, we couldn’t have found a better cause than InspireHealth. They share our values of integrative wellness and our spirit of helping others that we are incredibly proud and honored to be a part of.
Here’s to the success of their initiative, to their clients, and to building better communities and services for those with cancer!
