From the beach to the city – Senior beagle Cleo gets NHV for lung cancer

Here at NHV, we absolutely love witnessing the day-to-day life of some of our furry customers. Cleo is a 14-year-old senior beagle. When we read Cleo’s story, we felt like we were there with her and pet mom Tatiana through their move, the family wedding, and her holistic cancer journey. When Tatiana found out that Cleo was diagnosed with lung cancer earlier this year, it was a quick decision to address cancer and get natural supplements for support.

Hi!!! Well, Cleo and I, we are together since she is 2 months old, she is a mix beagle and pointer, we are from Costa Rica, we were apart for 1 year and a half, that was a sad part of my life I have to say. My husband Justin brought her here when he asked to marry him last April, it wasn’t just the surprise to have my mom here (because Cleo have to flight with someone) it was the big surprise that Cleo came and she didn’t came with empty hands, she came with my engagement ring!!!! On May, 2018 after days spending time together again, I noticed she was coughing so we took her to the vet and we found out that Cleo have lung cancer, it was just devastating, after a lot of exams, visits to the doctor, we make a decision and we decide do not put her on chemo or surgery, we decide to treat her with natural stuffs and see how she goes, because it was just the cough, she was happy, her mood was great.
My sister and I, we did a lot of research about natural products and NHV was the best so far so we decided to try it. At the beginning her cough wasn’t better so I email the company and I got my answer and advice fast, we make some changes and it was better and better with time, her cough disappears more than a 50%.
For November, 2018, we have to take Cleo to the doctor for some problems that she was having with her leg and she got an X rays and it was a surprise to see that the size of the tumor was the same 5 months after (knowing that lung cancer is one of the most aggressive cancer for dogs) the doctor was worried about the cancer was taking her bones or was spreading somewhere else but no! Cleo it’s just getting better and better.
Now we decide to add turmeric and omega 3 to her NHV routine to take care of her joints since she is 14 years old now and cold weather is coming. We are expecting just see her getting great this time!
