Update from March 2016. It is now September 2016 and my Berner Cooper is doing great. Holding his weight and eating well. The energy level is good and he is playful at times. Still has more good days than bad. No increase in pain meds or any other medications. He gets his supplements faithfully. I can’t say enough about the cancer kit. I think it has given us more time to enjoy our best friend.

My dog has gained 10 1/2 lbs in the past month and just went through surgery at 10 years 4 months old. He is a Bernese Mountain Dog and has an enlarged prostate. He was neutered and there was a mass in his testicle, a mass on his hip, and a small mass on his lower eyelid. All removed and his recovery was great. He is running around like a 5-year-old and still has the staples in his hip one week after surgery. We know he won’t be cured but he is comfortable, eating well, and gaining weight all through this so we will continue this course. He is at a good old age for a Berner and does not seem to be slowing down any at this point. One day at a time but my vet has told me to keep him on the supplements and he is no longer anemic, which he was a month ago and his blood levels are perfect. A Berner’s average age is around 8 so we are blessed and I haven’t seen him run in a year!!!!
