Cat Lymphoma Stories: Liza's Miraculous Journey

Finding out your cat has lymphoma can be so frightening for both furkiddos and pet parents alike, but it is not the end. There are ways to help support pets to live with the condition more comfortably. Continue to read this story to learn how Liza has been thriving despite her cat lymphoma diagnosis.

Liza’s Diagnosis

When Liza went for a vet check in February, her furparents were completely heartbroken. The vet told them that Liza would likely only live for about 4 more weeks without chemo. While they were waiting for more results on what type of lymphoma it is, they started her on our Lymphoma Gold Support kit. They also used healing frequencies during Liza’s naps to help relieve stress and anxiety. Her pawrents wanted to make their sweet kitty feel loved, so Liza got all her favorite treats. She deserves every last bite!

A few weeks passed by, and to her parents’ relief, Liza’s condition started to get better. After checking with an oncologist, they found that she no longer has swollen lymph nodes! Everyone was so over the moon about this positive result!

Cat Lymphoma Symptoms

Some common signs of lymphoma in cats include:

Lymphoma in cats may also involve many lymph nodes, the spleen, the liver, bone marrow, and blood. Multiple tests are often required to find out if other vital organs are also affected.

How Cat Lymphoma is Diagnosed

The first diagnosis step is usually an abdominal ultrasound to evaluate the gastrointestinal tract for masses. A sample via fine needle aspirate or biopsy may also be needed for diagnosis. Full bloodwork may also be required if the vet suspects that the lymphoma involves blood. A vet visit can be stressful for pet parents and pets alike, so ensure you have your pet’s health history written down and prepare your little ones for the visit as much as you can.

Treatment Options For Feline Lymphoma

Cats are skilled at hiding their discomfort, so pet parents don’t often detect something wrong with their little ones until they are stage 3 or higher. Your vet may recommend chemotherapy, surgery, and/or radiation therapy. NHV herbal supplements can help support cats with lymphoma and are safe to use alongside chemotherapy. Diet changes may be beneficial to help provide necessary nutrition for their body to combat the lymphoma. We offer personalized nutrition plans with Dr. Amanda Nascimento. She creates recipes for a home-cooked diet based on health conditions, age, breed, and more to help address your pet’s specific needs.

Natural Support For A Cat With Lymphoma

The all-natural bundle Liza has been using, the Lymphoma Gold Support kit, can be beneficial for furkids with cancer.

ES-Clear is our overall support for pets with cancer. ES-Clear supports a healthy immune system, helps with natural detoxification, helps manage symptoms, and promotes quality of life.

Felimm contains herbs that encourage the detoxification of the lymph nodes, help fight infections, promote the immune system, and have anti-inflammatory properties.

Tripsy is our main natural support for kidneys. Healthy kidney function is essential to help your pet cope with lymphoma. Tripsy contains herbs that can aid kidney function, help fight infection, and help ease inflammation and discomfort in the urinary tract.

How Liza Is Doing Now

We reached out to Liza’s furparents recently and this was what we received:

Recent tests see absolutely no sign of lymphoma, she does have reactive lymph nodes and we are yet to get to the bottom of why, but she is still very much enjoying her nhv in her cat milk 😽Unbelievably stressful, thought we were going to lose our little beauty 💔 we put the lymphoma gold in a little bit of cat milk for her and she gets the zoomies! She has no idea! She is doing so well, such a strange case. Thank you 💘😊

It’s amazing to hear that Liza no longer has signs of lymphoma! We continue to hope that Liza’s condition will continue to improve and that she will have many more fun adventures with her furmily!
