If you’re wondering what you can do for IBD in cats and dogs, help improve their intestinal flora and gut health with our new supplement, TumFlora!

At NHV, we are committed to keeping your pets healthy and happy. That’s why we’re constantly researching new ingredients and formulating new pet supplements to help decrease symptoms while increasing their overall quality of life. We’re excited to share with you the launch of our latest natural pet remedy, TumFlora!

What is TumFlora?

TumFlora is specially formulated to help improve your pet’s natural intestinal flora and ease inflammation of the gut.

TumFlora contains a blend of herbs that are beneficial for helping to ease symptoms of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD in cats and dogs), food allergies, gastrointestinal ulcers, and bacterial infections of the gut. This all-natural vet-approved supplement is safe for long-term use as a proactive approach to gut health. And because of its liquid formulation, it is easy to hide in food, a favorite treat or can be administered directly into the cheek pocket.

Why Was TumFlora Created?

We’ve helped numerous pets with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD in cats and dogs), and see how common it is in pets of all ages, sizes, and breeds. We made it a personal mission to create a natural remedy for all our furry friends suffering from IBD and needing extra support with their gut health. With a lot of hard work and many years of R&D from the combined efforts of a master herbalist and holistic vet with 50+ years of experience, we created TumFlora!

What is IBD in Cats and Dogs?

If your furkiddo is suffering from IBD, inflammatory cells invade the gastrointestinal (GI) tract, and once these inflammatory cells begin to take over. A thickening of the intestinal wall may occur and upset daily functions such as absorption and the movement of food. While there is no clear cause for inflammatory bowel disease in dogs and cats, studies show that there may be genetic and external factors that may cause your pet to be more prone to developing this condition. Other contributing factors may be food allergies, parasites, autoimmune disorders, and the chronic irritation of the intestinal tract caused by excessive vomiting and loose stools.

Healing Properties of TumFlora

TumFlora is vet-formulated to help improve intestinal flora. In addition to helping improve intestinal flora, and helping to ease inflammation, TumFlora contains nutrient-dense herbs like slippery elm, which is rich in vitamins A, B complex, C, K, calcium, magnesium, and sodium. These many nutrients are beneficial for encouraging healing. The anti-bacterial and antifungal properties help the body combat infections while herbs like fennel and chamomile help to soothe cramps, indigestion, and overall discomfort. TumFlora can also help against microorganisms.

Adding TumFlora to your pet’s daily care plan is beneficial for helping to improve gut health, while also helping to support your pet’s immune health as well.

New NHV Supplement Kits

Since TumFlora has so many great properties, it is used in four new NHV product kits.

IBD and Diarrhea Super Support is our main supplement bundle for IBD/IBS and diarrhea relief. It contains TumFlora to help balance gut flora while Plantaeris works gently to ease diarrhea and cramping.

Worm and Parasite Super Recovery Kit is a bundle that contains TumFlora, Inulin-PK, and Multi Essentials that are helpful for pets recovering from intestinal parasites. Parasites often leave toxins behind (that may exhaust the liver and kidneys) or damage gut health. TumFlora is beneficial for helping to encourage healing and balance in your pet’s intestinal microflora and Inulin-PK helps the body eliminate parasites and encourage GI tract healing. And Multi Essentials helps to fill nutritional gaps that may develop from parasites.

GI Protection Kit was created specifically for pets on antibiotics or other oral medications to help support the body against potential side effects on their gut health, liver, and overall vitality. In this kit, you’ll find TumFlora (gut health), Multi Essentials (for nutritional and energy support), and Milk Thistle (for support of the liver and kidneys).

Healthy Gut and Digestive Super Support is our bundle that helps promote gut health as well as helps ease inflammation in the digestive tract. This bundle includes TumFlora and Yucca. TumFlora is rich in anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties to help rebalance healthy intestinal flora. And Yucca contains beneficial compounds that have been shown to help relax the inflammatory response in the intestines and encourage healing.
