Louie and Bladder Cancer in Dogs

Pet Care Tips 3 min read
Louie and Bladder Cancer in Dogs. Louie is looking at the camera pondering about his next meal.

When this 10-year-old pup, Louie, was diagnosed with bladder cancer, the vet said he only had three months left in him. But 5 months later, against all odds, he is still going strong. Read more to see how this little guy lives to the fullest despite the grim prognosis.

A Glance at Louie’s Life

Louie’s furparents searched left and right for proactive support to help make his treatment easier. After all, they wouldn’t just let cancer take their lovebug away. Thankfully, their effort paid off and now we know that nothing can keep this fun-loving Frenchie down for too long.

After only a month of using two supplements consistently, Louie has been doing super well!

Very easy to give to my dog who can be quite picky about what we give him. He is 10 years old and was diagnosed with bladder cancer. After having accidents in the house/his bed and trouble peeing when outside we started the Natures Immuno and ES-Clear and the accidents have stopped and he is peeing normally. This is only after one month of use. Excited to see how this continues to work in the future because he was only given three months to live when we started this regiment. After using these products we feel more optimistic about his time and quality of life.

What is Bladder Cancer in Dogs?

While bladder cancer is relatively rare, representing only 2% of cases of canine cancer, it can be very fatal. This type of tumor usually starts off in the urinary tract but can metastasize to other parts of the body, including the bone, liver, kidney, spleen, and skin.

Symptoms to Look Out For

Bladder cancer in dogs can be tricky because its symptoms are similar to urinary tract infections. But these are some warning signs that you should watch out for:

  • Urinating frequently in small amounts.
  • Difficult urinating.
  • Bloody and/or discolored urine.
  • Having accidents in the house.

Even though it may be tough to distinguish bladder cancer in dogs, observing your pet’s urination habits and having check-ups with a vet frequently may help you find support early on.

Helping Pooches with Bladder Cancer Naturally

Louie’s furparents have been using our Natures Immuno and ES-Clear supplements to help support his condition. Both of these supplements are formulated to be gentle and help improve a cancer pup’s quality of life.

NHV Natures Immuno contains properties that can help combat cancer cells, helps strengthen the immune system, and helps combat viral and bacterial infections.

NHV ES-Clear helps cleanse and improve blood quality, helps scavenge free radicals, promotes healthy immune activity, and helps increase the production of good blood cells.

This was an update on Louie after 3 months of using the NHV products:

NHV’s products have been instrumental in the care of our ten-year-old French Bulldog, Louie that was diagnosed with bladder cancer in June 2022. After three months of using their Natures Immuno and ES-Clear supplements, Louie’s condition has not gotten worse and has even improved. He continues to have a great appetite and a healthy routine with these products. Before starting his NHV regiment, Louie was having accidents in the house and his bed and was having trouble peeing normally. After a few weeks of using Natures Immuno and ES-Clear, Louie hasn’t had a single accident, and peeing seems to be much more comfortable and consistent. Can’t say enough great things about these products. Thanks, NHV!

Hearing Louie’s update warms our hearts. We wish Louie and his furmily many more fun adventures and sweet memories together. We are always wishing the best to every pawrent caring for a sick furkiddo from afar!
