Love at first sight with this siamese battling lymphoma

Few things are as scary and disheartening as learning that your beloved pet has lymphoma. We are anxious to do whatever we can to care for and protect our fur babies. Despite the emotional rollercoaster, it is important to make the best possible decisions for your beloved pet and reach out to loved ones for support. That’s exactly what pet parent Barbara did when 11-year-old Siamese, Bell was diagnosed with a cancerous mass in her small intestine last year. Upon research and recommendation of a friend who had gone through the heartbreaking experience of losing a cat to lymphoma, it led Barbara to NHV supplements.

Bell was rescued from a dog catcher alongside her litter of kittens after being bred and abandoned in New York. It didn’t take long for Barbara to be smitten by this cutie!

This is the story of Barbara’s promise to provide a loving home.

Bell is approximately 11 yrs old, she is a chocolate point Balinese (long-haired Siamese). We adopted Bell from a dog catcher in Hamden NY. Bell’s original owner had bred her and then abandoned her while with kittens at the dog catchers. We saw her and her newly birthed kittens posted on the bulletin board at our vet’s office. We figured the kittens would go first, everyone wants a kitten .. and no one wanted her. But we did it… it was love ❤️ at first sight. Bell is the love of our lives. We love coming home to those beautiful blue eyes and amazing purring!! Our beautiful cat Bell was diagnosed with a mass in her small intestine. Her blood work panel was normal in all aspects.

Her only symptom was that she had lost a significant amount of weight from 8 lbs to 5.3 lbs between May 2017 and Nov 2017. During that time she ate a normal amount of food (Wellness dry maintenance food about 1 cup and 1/8 can of their wet food. Her behavior stayed the same and poops and pees the same. So after several trips to the vet and ultrasound, we were told it was a mass and that they believed it was either a lymphoma mass or a carcinoma mass.

The outlook was not good. On the bright side, she was able to eat, keep her food down and poop. Of course, we were devastated by the news. Another beloved pet is sick with what they believe is cancer. (death sentence) My friend Sandi‘s cat had recently passed at a very young age of some form of aggressive cancer… she is the one who gave me her remedies from NHV…. as she was unable to save her fur baby. Sandi believed that her cat had been diagnosed too late and cancer too aggressive for the remedies to work. However, she had researched NHV and believed that the remedies would work had she had the luxury of time. Sandi upon hearing about Bell offered to give me her remedies in hopes of helping my cat Bell.

Turmeric I checked out the website chatted with NHV staff online asking additional questions based on my cat’s condition as to what products they felt would be most beneficial. They were very helpful in their recommendations. Bell gobbling up her yummy food with the supplements. Bell is on a homemade diet and a blend of ES Clear, BK Detox, Turmeric, Felimm, Milk Thistle, and Nature’s Immuno. With a little help from our Pet Experts and a LOT of love from home… we are so happy to hear she is managing symptoms of lymphoma like a champion. She is lucky enough that Mom sticks to a pretty thorough holistic regime! I began by removing all dry food from my cat’s diet. Feeding only the following: 2x per day approx total 1/2 can as my cat was never a big eater. Beef and chicken liver ground into a pate Distilled water, fine ground kelp. Omega 3 salmon oil, nu-feline grass powder, CBD oil 6 drops. NHV products

10 drops of Turmeric
10 drops ES-Clear
10-drops BK-Detox
12-drops Felimm
12-drops Milk Thistle
12-drops Natures Immuno for cats

Note with all NHV products I gradually increased the dosages up to what is shown above. (based on no ill signs) The actual weight of my cat is 5 3/4 to 6 lbs. Also, l make the liver pate separately and add all other ingredients to each serving (to keep it fresh). My cat is maintaining her weight between 5-6 lbs as it appears she is not losing more weight as of January 25, 2018. Bell was only slightly above 5 lbs when originally seen at the vet back in November 2017. I am very pleased with the combination of remedies and we will be going back to the vet in May for another ultrasound to see if there were any changes in her blood work, see if the tumor is the same size/or changed ( hopefully smaller). We are staying optimistic and Bell has shown no sign of discomfort during this entire time and is acting her normal self.

The three most common cat cancers are lymphoma, soft-tissue sarcoma, and squamous cell carcinoma.

The three most common cat cancers are lymphoma, soft-tissue sarcoma, and squamous cell carcinoma. Symptoms can be subtle, and cats can be good at hiding illness. To help your cat fight cancer, be aware of the common signs and symptoms, and ensure your cat has regular veterinary visits. Early detection of cancer increases the chances for successful treatment and management. While the diagnosis can be stressful and overwhelming, keep in mind pets with various forms of cancer can still have an excellent quality of life. Always remember what is most important- making the promise to provide your pet with lots of snuggles, providing fresh food and water, and ultimately being your best friend’s advocate.

Update April 25, 2018: “Bell passed away March 14 … 😢🐈❤️of our lives. She hung on as long as she could but the mass in her intestine got larger and started making her bloat and unable to eat.

Thank you for caring and I believe that your products helped slow the inevitable.

She had 6 months of love 💕 from the time she was diagnosed.”
