Gallbladder and liver problems in dogs can bring so much stress and discomfort to our little ones, but sadly it is one of the most common canine conditions. These issues are often caused by improper diet or past injuries.

If the gallbladder and liver do not function properly, toxins can build up inside a pet’s body and lead to secondary illnesses.

Laid in between the folds of the liver, the gallbladder helps hold fluid within the body. It also works with the liver to help remove toxins from your little one’s system and help process nutrients. If the gallbladder and liver are not functioning properly, toxins can build up inside your furkiddo’s body and lead to secondary illnesses.

Despite being diagnosed with both conditions, our furfriend, Marnie, has shown her bravery through all the chaos and shone positivity and love upon her family. Keep reading to see how her story unfolds.

Meet Marnie – A Sheltie with Gallbladder and Liver Issues

The name Marnie is associated with joy and from the sea, which we can see reflects upon this little girl’s spirit. But when Marnie’s family reached out to us they were worried her light was starting to dim:

I will admit I was very skeptical of ordering this product since our 8 year old Sheltie named Marnie was diagnosed with liver issues and possible gall bladder surgery costing upwards of $3000, Marnie was not eating, her bowel movement were very runny in which we had to wash her constantly.

Robert and his wife had to learn the hard way that untreated gallbladder and liver problems in dogs demand a lot of extra care and sometimes, money. But despite Marnie’s scary diagnosis, they immediately stepped up and searched for natural support, like the best furparents they are. And that was how we came to know this loving furmily!

Natural Support for Healthy Gallbladder and Liver

After a couple of months of using our products, we are thrilled to say there have been positive changes in Marnie’s body. The main products she has been using are Tripsy and Milk Thistle, which can be found in the NHV Chronic Renal Failure Support Kit.

NHV Tripsy can promote urinary flow, help ease irritation, and help prevent gravel in the gallbladder.

NHV Milk Thistle helps decrease damage to the liver, promotes detox, and helps support liver regeneration. This plant has been used since ancient times for liver support and cell regeneration.

Our supplements are completely safe to be taken alongside pharmaceuticals.

Besides these two natural formulas, NHV Turmeric has also been shown to help with liver function and bile production. This super herb also helps provide multiple properties such as anti-inflammatory, antiseptic, and antibacterial.

Since vet-prescribed medications are often required for gallbladder and liver problems in dogs, it is important to know that our supplements are completely safe to be taken alongside pharmaceuticals. However, we suggest giving our herbal blends at least 30 minutes apart (preferably 2 hours) from other vet prescriptions.

Marnie’s Pawgress

Awesome products that has turned the health of our Sheltie “Marnie” around since starting their use. We have given her the Milk Thistle, Tripsy, and Turmeric for her liver and gallbladder issues and she has turned the corner and is doing remarkably well since starting about a month ago. Thanks you so much NHV as you have saved us a lot of money in vet bills and have saved “Marnie”. Fantastic products and keep up the excellent work!

We are so proud of Marnie to know that she has improved so much since taking the supplements. We hope that she continues to stay strong and happily bouncing on her feet!
