liver support
Did you know that rabbit arthritis can happen? It is tough to watch our pets experience discomfort as they play or hop around. But don’t let this get you down! Keep reading to hear about Buddy’s journey back to health!
Meet Buddy
For over a decade, Buddy has been a very active bunny, but lately, it has been harder and harder for him to get around. When Buddy’s furmama, Maria, reached out to NHV about her rabbit with arthritis, we made it our mission to make Buddy as comfortable as possible! We recommended they try out NHV Turmeric to help address his symptoms. Three cheers to Maria for giving our supplements a try and letting us be part of Buddy’s healing journey!
Buddy’s Supplement Regimen For Rabbit Arthritis
To help support his joint health and overall vitality, Buddy has been taking NHV Turmeric.
Turmeric for rabbits is a good fit for any bunny with joint discomfort or arthritis. It is rich in antioxidants, and free radical scavenging properties to help relieve joint inflammation and help support healthy energy levels.
Some of our long-eared friends are more genetically prone to arthritis, so it is always good to be proactive with their bone and joint health. Our all-natural formulations are 100% natural and made from plant extracts, so they are safe for bunnies of all ages, shapes, and sizes. Our liquid supplements are glycerin-based, so they are palatable for pets. They’re easy to hide in food, a favorite treat, or can be given straight into the cheek pocket with the dropper provided.
Rabbit Arthritis Signs and Symptoms
If you think that your bunny has joint issues or arthritis, here are some signs to look out for:
- Moves slower when hopping around or getting up
- Difficulty hopping in and out of bedding or litter trays
- Abnormal gait
- May get aggressive if touched around joints or picked up
- Poor coat quality or reduced grooming
- Mucky bottom due to inability to groom
- A buildup of ear-wax
After taking Turmeric for a while, Buddy has been feeling more like his usual hoppy self!
Here’s what Maria had to say about Buddy’s experience with NHV Turmeric:
“I have a 12 yr bunny who has arthritis, and it has been increasingly difficult for him to walk. I wish I had discovered your Turmeric years ago. It has been helping him tremendously! The very first time he used it, he perked up, and started running! We will now be purchasing a third bottle. It has become part of his daily routine — and he loves the taste, as well! But it’s his improved quality of life that makes all the difference! I can see a big difference in his movement, when we missed taking it for just a few days! Thank you for giving Buddy a second chance at living a happy, healthy life!”
We’re Here To Help You Every Step of the Way!
We are so hoppy that Buddy is finding a new lease on life! For questions about rabbit health issues or anything else, tap the button below to start chatting with one of our pet experts.
